Zoom draining battery faster than charger can charge.
I’m on a 2018 MacbookAir on up to date OS. Why does zoom drain my battery faster than the charger can charge the computer?
MacBook Air 11″, macOS 10.13

I use zoom to teach music online, I need it to work at full tilt so the article is interesting but not so helpful. I’ve not been using the apple usb c adapter however so I’ll give that a go. Thanks.
A suggestion I didn't make yesterday. Make sure that Zoom is completely up-to-date. Go to the "zoom.us" menu and select "Check for Updates". You may even want to completely delete Zoom from your computer and re-install it.

That shouldn't be happening. I use Zoom every day and have no problems running my computer plugged in. And my computer is a couple of years older. Have you checked your battery health? You can even arrange with Apple to have diagnostics run remotely.
Look at this: How to Save Battery in Zoom in a Simple Way. Also, make sure you are using the included built-in 50.3‑watt‑hour lithium‑polymer battery and 30W USB-C Power Adapter.

Hope it helped!
