How do I get this Apple TV4k to light up and turn on? It used to work great for a few years. Then the update happened. After that, I could not get my photos on the TV screen anymore though I could get my own cd library via itunes to play. Now , nothing will even turn on. Should I take the box to the apple store to see if is broken?
Verify that it's plugged in properly. See if there are any loose connections for both the power cord and the HDMI cable. Try unplugging it and plugging it back in. Make sure that the remote has enough battery power.
