Earbuds for my iPhone 11 don't work
I just purchased some earbuds for my iPhone 11. But the sound is coming through the phone speaker and not the earbuds. The phone doesn’t seem to be registering the earbuds what should I do

If you are referring to the wired headphones, check the charging port for lint or other debris and see this:
If your headphones don‘t work with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
