Turning off Keyboard Accessibility

When I turn on Keyboard Accessibility, a blue box appears around the areas I am working in.

When I turn off Keyboard Accessibility, any text I type in safari gets scrambled together.

Ensure that Accessibility Switch Control is disabled:

Settings > Accessibility > Switch Control > Switch Control - set to OFF
