Can this monitor connect with the M1 Mac Mini using usb-C

I'm sorry to be so confused about usb-c connections and thunderbolt. I found a monitor that I like, but it only says it has USB-C, but not all USB-C are created equal. Will this monitor work using USB-C or is there a better methodh to connect to the M1 Mac Mini

"ASUS ProArt Display 32” 1440P Monitor (PA328CGV) - QHD (2560 x 1440), IPS, 165Hz, 95% DCI-P3, 100% sRGB/Rec.709, ΔE < 2, Calman Verified, USB-C Power Delivery, DisplayPort, HDMI, USB 3.1 Hub, C-clamp"

Asus has disregarded the question when I aske them.

You’re welcome. I meant HDMI-HDMI for video and USBC-USBA for the monitor’s hub functionality i.e. 2 cables and possibly an adapter like this one https://www.apple.com/shop/product/MJ1M2AM/A/usb-c-to-usb-adapter if you don’t want to purchase a USB C to USB A cable like this one https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B089DM4KDW/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=ATH65ER0QDGY3&psc=1

as you state is that usb-c can be

thunderbolt 4

thunderbolt 3

both which carry displayport signals

but it can also be

usb-3 or

usb-4

which would not directly carry a video stream signal unless something in the other end knew how to interp the serial data stream as a video stream

if thunderbolt was not mentioned in the monitor spec. then I would attempt to use a hdmi or displayport adaptor / cable
