Apple TV loading

We watch shows on Acorn and Brit box but at some point the program freezes, buffering perhaps, but never getting caught up and eventually shutting off. “Unable to load content” message appears. We’ve tried disconnecting and starting over, tried finding it through another route. We’re frustrated. Suggestions?

Please follow the steps in Apple TV Network Reset . If those do not work, then there is a good chance you are having a problem with your network at home and the Apple TV is not receiving a strong enough signal where it is located. You can use a tool like iStumbler to measure signal strength throughout your home to help troubleshoot the problem. If you find you are not getting an adequate signal, then you may be a candidate for a Mesh network.
