Not there. In order to save open the Message and then select the Name at the top. Then scroll down to find any attachments associated with that Message Discussion. Thanks for your help.

It can be referred to as your Recents Album.
Are you using Auto Save, or are you tapping on the blue box to the side of the photo? I tried it just prior to my responding to this thread and it saved directly to the Recents album.
