Here are some suggestions:
- Since you already reset your password, go ahead and log out of the device you are using. If on iOS/iPadOS, that will be in Settings > [your name] > Media & Purchases.
- Restart the device you're using and try again.
- Check the connection to the Internet. If on Wi-Fi, try using cellular/mobile data and see if signing in works without issue.
