Siri no longer recognizes my voice well. How can I set it up again?

Yes. Sort of. I did this and it did not help at first. But after deleting Siri history, turning Siri off and leaving Siri off for about 12 hours and then restarting my phone I was finally prompted to re-setup Siri as you describe.
