Hello, I have lost important contacts data, any help will be appreciated -
Device: iPhone 7+
What happened:
Using my iPhone, I have navigated to Settings > Mail > Accounts > Chose account 'G' > Scrolled down, and clicked Delete Account
This action deleted important contacts data.
The email linked to the account I have deleted (aka 'G') is no longer accessible.
How can I restore the deleted contacts?

If you have no access to the email account then there is nothing that can be done.
Unlike some Android devices, contacts are neither stored locally on an iPhone nor in SIM. They are synced to an email account that you had Google, iCloud, AOL, Exchange, Outlook, Yahoo or any Other

If I will regain access to the email account, will re-adding the email account restore all contacts?
I do have iCloud I am not sure if the contacts were synced
