You can't "bypass" it. You need the credentials for the account used to lock the device.

The only other option is if you are the original purchase of the device and can provide Apple with the original proof of purchase from an authorized retailer.

You can’t. Activation Lock was implemented to be an anti-theft deterrent.. it wouldn’t be a very good deterrent if it were easily bypassed.
