I turned on Assistive Touch, and now a blue rectangle comes up periodically. How do I turn this off, but keep assistive touch on?

Color change worked. But when I turned gesture "visual signal" to off, it still showed up.
Let's annoying with white color, but would prefer to remove this all together.
This is a really useful way to easily and reliably activate Siri. The "raise watch" feature is very erratic.
