Can not change credit card information. Please advise

How can I use another credit card ? I canceled 6393 card lost. Please advise.

You can see the information here about adding a credit card. Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods - Apple Support

Once you have added a new card, then set that as the default payment method, you should be able to remove the old card.
