My grandson who is 4 has down loaded a bunch of apps I want them to be canceled now

I want all these dam app to be canceled I can’t effort them

No, we are all users in this forum. We have no idea who you are and know nothing about your account. Here is a one-stop link for billing questions→Subscriptions and Billing - Official Apple Support. You can review your purchase history, cancel a subscription and request refunds. You can also click on Get Support at the top of this page and ask for help from an Apple representative.

And disable the App Store in Settings/Screen Time/Content & Privacy Restrictions to prevent future abuse.
