Hi,


If you see this pop-up when attempting to download or update apps, you will need to contact Apple Support.

Your Apple ID has been disabled, and only Apple Support can determine if the Apple ID is eligible to be re-enabled for use again.

Apple says if you see this message (or one saying, "You cannot login because your account has been locked" ), "there might be a problem with the payment method that you have on file." Apple Support is the only one who can fix this for you.
