I'm not able to drag the Music app to the trash, in launchpad it won't give an 'x' to delete it and in the terminal as root it still won't let me delete it. How can I remove this app??

Apple Music is an integral part of macOS and cannot be deleted.
How is a music app integral? That doesn't make sense.

You can remove any app(s) from the Dock without affecting your Mac experience.
I'm trying to make it stop turning on and autoplaying when my bluetooth headphones turn on
I would check the settings in System Preferences.
I did and was not able to find anything.
