AppleID Locke for security reasons.

I have an appleID locked for security reasons.


Once I try to sign in am not getting an access as it requires me to remember my security question which I don't remember.


The second option is through the email. Once I need to recover my account apple sends recovery email to the locked account which I have no access.


Anyone with means to troubleshoot this issue please. I have apple products but I can't use them because of this problem.


Anyone who knows how to work with this issue please assist.

If you see the message "not sufficient information" see if at this stage you can still sign up for Two Factor Authentication. Apple has been very strongly urging users to use Two Factor Authentication instead of security questions. "With two-factor authentication, you don't need to remember any security questions.
