Just moved into a new construction and am trying to get our new address added. I’ve reported the issue a few times via the app but it seems it is not on the map. How long must we wait to get address added? People need to be able to get to our home. !! Anybody have any advice?

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Based on your post, you need to add your new address to Apple Maps.
It sounds like you've reported this directly to Apple by using section, 'If you need to report an issue in Maps or add a missing place' here: If Maps isn't working on your Apple device
Note: "To allow Apple to contact you with questions about a reported issue on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, go to Settings > Maps, scroll to the bottom of the screen and turn on Follow up by Email. Maps uses the email address on your Apple ID account."
With that said, there is no way to provide a timeline for this, since it's directly provided by Apple. We'd recommend waiting for the next Maps update to confirm if your new address has been added to the Apple Maps app. Keeping your device updated would be the best course of action.
