My husband and I both have IPads. How do we separate our devices on the account? Every device is listed under my name even though he has 2 devices of his own. Every time he makes a purchase on one of his devices, it is listed under MY name. How can he get his own account?

If syncing photos with iCloud, ensure Optimization is turned off in Settings/Your Name/iCloud/Photos and/or in Photos/Preferences/iCloud. Then make sure full resolution photos are on the device/computer. When signing out of iCloud, if asked whether he wants to retain data, choose yes.
