I'm buying a new iPad. Does it still come with Apple TV free for a year. My old trial on my other iPad runs out soon. I want to pay for a month after that trial runs out and use the new iPad Apple TV free trial after that.

Apple recently changed the 1 year trial to 3 months from July 1st 2021.
No. While it comes with three months of free access to Apple TV+, only one of those offers can be used per Apple ID or Family Sharing group.
