How do I update from OS 10.13.6 - guess I missed a few updates! But can't find a way to catch up - no apparent options in the App Store nor "About this Mac" nor System preferences.
Any suggestions.....please:-)

Back up your data, check your applications for compatibility, and if your MacBook Pro model is recent enough, click on Mojave, Catalina, Big Sur, or Monterey; it needs to be a 2012 or newer one to run a higher OS. They're full-version upgrades and won't appear in the Updates list.
