That’s completely not an acceptable solution
I'm afraid it's the only solution.
The exclamation sign appeared after the latest update so its apple policy and mistake . I live in a country with no apple service !

…so that apple can send back a refurbished one? Not thank you. I purchased mine from Best Buy. I am with in the return policy. I might just return it and re buy directly from Apple
Its bought in Jordan and ill see if they can fix yhe software here . You know if apple un US might trade in with this problem if i can not fix it here ?
