iTunes match Redund

iTunes match no longer works and Apple is aware of it. Itunes match no longer uploads added music in to Music. How do I get a refund of my entire $24.99?

FWIW, iTunes Match seems to be working perfectly well for me.

I maxed out on the 100K-track limit a couple of years ago, and recently have been shuffling tracks around so as to get my highest-rated songs together in the library that's synced to iTunes Match — a process that has involved a lot of deleting and adding of tracks, with subsequent matching and uploading and all that. Everything so far as been working smoothly (limited only by my having time and presence-of-mind to devote to this project.)

I wonder if the OP has tried contacting Apple Support for help?
