My iPad and iPhone says someone is trying to get onto them from a city several miles away from me.

When trying to update my Apple ID, I get a notice that my iPad and iPhone are trying to be accessed from a city several miles away. I have to choose allow or don’t allow. I don’t know if this is something bad or not. Help!

iPad, iPadOS 15

Only a few miles? You're doing well. Sometimes it can be several states away. :-)
