Looking for a way to get Podcasts on a repurposed iPhone 4s running iOS 9.3.5. Any ideas?

It seems that it is not possible, the Apple Podcast app requires iOS 10 or later.

I did a phone search for podcasts, and the Apple Podcast app appeared on the phone. I am very surprised.
The podcasting application need not be Apple’s Podcast app. I know I listened to podcasts on my 4s before Apple added the podcast app.

Then search at App Store if there is a podcasting application that support your iPhone 4S.
The reason I asked the question is I don’t remember the app I used. I was hoping someone would remember what the podcast apps were from that era.
