Apple Watch is recording exercise continuously

Why is my Apple Watch now recording that I am exercising 24 hours a day. Stand hours are also 24 hours a day. Think it’s since the last update, anyone else having this issue?

apple watch recording activity and stand hours in the fure for the past 3 or 4 weeks, my apple watch 3, latest OS, has been recording exercise minutes and stand hours overnight for the future - for example, when I wake up in the morning I see 50 exercise minutes and 2 stand hours recorded at around 5pm . I wear the watch at night. during the day it seems to work ok, only recording activity and stand hours when I'm actually doing something - see screenshot, - it's only 12 pm, but there is activity around 6pm

apple watch not recording exercise my apple watch is not recording my exercise since the last update..doesn't matter which one..it counts it (ie the walk took 36 minutes but the circle doen'st go past 4 minutes)..happens on every type of exercise..

Apple watch not recording exercise After updates now my Apple Watch isn’t recording my workouts minutes. Exercised by walking 3 miles outdoors. Heart rate up. Only gave me 25minutes.
