Applications missing after data migration

Hi,

does anyone know why certain applications are missing after a data migration from my old iMac to my new Mac mini? I used the Time Machine method and saved data to an external hard drive, then selected the ‘From a Mac, Time Machine or start up disk’ option….but when the process is complete, all my applications like Logic Pro X, Universal Audio etc are replaced with question mark icons….does anyone know what has gone wrong?
