Conditional formatting for due dates

I have a spreadsheet that I share with my coworkers and we have deadline dates. I would like for the format to turn to red when a task is late and green when a task is on time or 0. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Select the column of dates and create the conditional highlighting rules shown above. If you want today to be green vs yellow, change the last one to green.
