What if I bought a I watch through 2 party but they didn’t unpair what can I do

I bought an Apple Watch from a third party but I can’t pair with mine apparently they never unpaired it now what I do

If you know this 3rd party, ask them to remove the device from their Apple ID. They can do that without the Watch. However, if you cannot contact them or they won't remove it, then you will not be able to use the device. Try to get your money back or recycle responsibly as muguy suggested.
