I want to upgrade my MacBook Pro to 10.15

I want to upgrade my macbook pro to 10.15 so i can install adobe apps but no upgrade is available

It will not show up under software updates because it is a whole new OS version. The latest OS version is macOS 12, Monterey. You will need to check that your Mac meets the system requirements. See https://support.apple.com/macos/upgrade. To check which model you have, go to  > About This Mac.


If it is not compatible with Monterey or you want an older version, you can download them. See https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT211683. This article also has a link to the hardware requirements for each respective macOS version.
