Only if you purchased AppleCare+ Loss & Theft. Otherwise, check with your carrier to see if they had coverage, or you can check with your credit card company if you used a credit card and see if they allow for coverage of stolen purchases. Otherwise, theft replacement is not standard for the iPhone.
