New phone restarting

Yesterday I bought an iPhone 12 and straight out of the box it keeps restarting every 3 minutes, I was on the phone with apple support for over an hour and nothing changed. Very frustrated right now as I'm a long time apple user and I decided to upgrade and I literally can't even get through the setup without my phone restarting

You should not be having issues setting the iPhone up which is straight out of the box and is brand new. I recommend that you return the iPhone and get a exchange while it is still new in your hands.
