What if you accidentally deleted all your photos and it’s erased from both phones.

Is there a way to restore your pictures after you have permanently deleted them on one device and the same has happened on the other device?

Since you seem to be syncing photos with iCloud, if the photos aren't in the Recently Deleted album, the photos can't be recovered.
