Three external monitors not working properly

I just got a new MacBook Pro 14' and I cannot plug three external monitors in. Only two of them are 4K, the other is only HD. I have a 2018 MacBook Pro 15' that I use for work, and when I plug the three monitors in there, it works fine, but when I use the new MacBook Pro 14' only two work at any given time.
