Hello everyone, my question would be… if I bought an iPhone and would trade in an older one but after the new one arrives I don’t want to neither keep the new phone nor trade in my old one, what should be the process for returning the new phone? And would I get the full amount I paid for back?

As long as you are within the return policy then you can return it for a full refund. If you buy from a carrier or other third party then they may have different return policies or may charge restocking fees.
