I can’t get my watch to charge or turn on after being dead for months. Followed a video to try to do a restart and now it unpaired my phone and watch. How do I get my watch to start working again!

That’s what I am realizing but what do I do about it?? What do I do if it’s in a deep discharge state?
Replace the battery.
