remotely lock my Iphone that is being use in Africa.

Please remotely lock my Iphone 11 pro max. it was stolen while i was on vacation in Africa. A family member is now using it in africa. I have the receipt with IMEI here in USA.

The IMEI is irrelevant. If you enabled Find My before the phone was stolen go to https://icloud.com/find and put the phone in Lost mode. There is additional information in the Related Article at the top of this page that you were reading when you posted in ASC.
