Once I delete and block a number, can I then delete that number from my “blocked” list and the number remains blocked?
or if I delete the number from my “blocked” list does that mean the number is no longer blocked?

So the only way to remove the number from my blocked callers list is unblock it, is that correct? So I can’t delete the number without unblocking it first?

"Unblock" means it will get through.
Settings > Phone > Blocked Numbers > Edit. Select the red circle to delete the number from the blocked list.
I was using "unblock" to save typing.
