Hello, and thanks for reaching out!

A few things you can try are these...

Restart your iPhone
Try another device to connect them to
Put your AirPods in their charging case, and close the lid, wait about 30 seconds then press and hold the case button on the back.

If these don't work, could I ask what generation are your AirPods?
