HEIC Files

IOS has an option to use HEIC file format as storage or JPEG, but whenever I choose one of these it means that the next photos taken will be stored in the format I chose, but it does not convert all the previous photos. I need all the 5000 photos that are on my phone at the moment to be converted into JPEG format. Is there a way I can do it, without having to change each file format one by one?

There is no bulk conversion option in Photos for iOS.

You would need to get a 3rd party app from the App Store that can do this, or do the conversion on a computer.
