My watch is locked to previous owners iCloud can I use it
I brought a second hand watch & the previous owner no longer has an iPhone to delete from the iTunes account, have I lost my money or is there anything I can do?

Send them this link and tell them to remove the lock or give you a refund; they don't need an iPhone to do this.
