Monthly installments not showing in Apple Card wallet app

I purchased a new MacBook in December 2021 using my Apple Card and monthly installments. However, when I view my Apple Card in the wallet app, I do not have an option for Monthly Installments. The total balance owed shows but it does not allow me to see the monthly amount or payments made. Any ideas? So far, Apple and Goldman Sachs have failed to resolve the issue. My iPhone 11 is using the latest iOS and I've restarted, deleted the card and re-enabled it multiple times. Nothing works.
