Removing payment method

I'm trying to remove my payment method but it's saying it's unable to remove due to an active subscription, but there aren't any active subscriptions on my account. Can anyone help me with this?

Go to Settings/[your name]/subscriptions. Are there any listed? Even if they are canceled? You also can’t remove your payment method if you have any apps with in-app purchasing.

Also, do you have a subscription to AppleCare+? What about iCloud+ (50 GB and up)? Apple Music? Apple One? Apple News?
