Apple TV Continually Buffering and Freezing even on a strong internet Signal

My Apple TV was simple the best but in the last 6 months, it has started to continually buffer and freeze no matter what application you are using.

It is connected to my Wifi and on a speedtest is shows Download of 19.5 and upload of 26.7.

Ping of 13ms, Jitter 41ms and no packet loss data.

I have tried resetting it, making sure is always up to date on updates but it continues to have this issue.

Are there any resolutions out there? We have a second one in the other TV room and that one does not do this and they are on the very same network.

Thoughts?

Possibly you experience interference on your home network, causing overload on the remaining diminished bandwidth.

Restarting your router may automatically select new optimized Wi-Fi channels with less interference from neighboring networks, if set to automatically select the best channels (once at boot time). Or manually find channels for both bands in a relatively empty zone for your router configuration. Interference may be very localized, and can change from mild to severe between rooms.
