I recently upgraded from the 11 pro to the 13 pro. Now every time I post to Facebook or instagram, the photos I post are re-saving and being downloaded do may phone photo album. How do I stop that?

I don't use FB or inst but in Whatsapp settings you can turn it off.
Try looking through the settings in the app itself.
