How to update Safari on a MacBookAir 10.9.5

Hello Community!

I need to update Safari on my very old MacbookAir, I cant upadate OS Software. Is it possible to update Safari in this laptop?

Back up your data, check your applications for compatibility, and depending on which MacBook Air model you have, click on El Capitan, High Sierra, Mojave, Catalina, Big Sur, or Monterey. Yours can be upgraded at least as far as El Capitan; if you choose not to upgrade, you can't get a version of Safari newer than 9.1.3.


32-bit software won't run in Catalina and newer; download and use Go64 to scan for it. To check general compatibility, click here and look your programs up.
