Mac mini M1, with iMac 5k late2014 as display?

Can a Mac Mini M1utilise my iMac 5k late2014 as a display, using whatever connector is available, or even using AirPlay? I have the latest AppleTV.

No sorry.

Both of those Mac's are to new to support Target Display Mode.

Plus your Late 2014 iMac is too old and does not support AirPlay.
