How do you completely unpair an Apple Watch series3. I have tried but it keeps my Apple account I’d, you can’t change it

Hello

You'll need to reset the watch and set up as new, Go to the Watch App on your iPhone, then go to General and scroll all the way down and reset. That should do it.
