My watch stopped working

My Apple Watch 3 is brand new. I’ve worn it one day. It is on the charger. It’s attached and plugged in. It won’t turn on.

Apple Watch wont turn on? My apple watch has been dead/unused for a month or so now. I have been charging it for almost 24hours and it still will not turn on.
