If you have a new iMac with a magic keyboard, then all you need to do is plug the keyboard into your iMac using the supplied charging cable.
If you are using an older wireless keyboard with the iMac, then you will need to dig out, borrow or buy a USB keyboard.
Use a wired USB mouse.
